Grand deParty – Four weeks of community events in Silsden during July

The weekend of 4 and 5 July will mark one year since the fabulously memorable visit of the Tour de France to Yorkshire and, brilliantly, Silsden. Whilst we can never hope to re-create the unique atmosphere in Silsden of those never-to-be- forgotten few days it would be a shame not to mark the anniversary by celebrating our town.

This is what the Grand de Party is all about – a series of Silsden events during the period of this year’s Tour starting on the same day that it (the 2015 Grand Depart being in Utrecht, Holland) and culminating in Silsden’s Gala – on Sun 26 July.”
